How to apply

Create a Blue Card Services account

Visit my.bluecard.qld.gov.au and register for an account.

Note your account number — you'll need it in the next step.

Link your account to 'Bayside Basketball Association'

Email your Blue Card account number and date of birth to admin@baysidebasketball.com.au. You'll be notified once linked.

Apply for a volunteer Blue Card

Once linked, return to the Blue Card Portal to submit your application.

Email your application confirmation

Send a copy of your confirmation to admin@baysidebasketball.com.au for our records.
